They may be retired or on fixed or passive incomes.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>What types of income can be tested?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Income from real estate, profits, dividends, royalties, income from a business, among others, which demonstrate that you will have an income of at least 705 euros per month.  <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>What are the main requirements?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Obtaining the NIF<\/li><li>Opening a bank account in Portugal with an amount equivalent to 12 times the national minimum wage. That is, in the case of an individual application: the supporting document must be for \u20ac8,460.00. With spouse: 50% of the minimum wage (\u20ac352.50) will be added to the account. In case of dependents: 30% (211.50 \u20ac) for each dependent under 18 years of age. **The money can be moved once the visa is granted.  <\/li><li>Monthly income of at least \u20ac700<\/li><li>Basic documents such as passport, proof of residence, criminal record, etc.  <\/li><li>One-year lease or proof of purchase of the property.<\/li><\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The D7 Visa allows you to live and work in Portugal, and is granted to people who have their own income and can use it to support themselves abroad.
